Water :- Its natural medicine to maintain our health. so, Drink at-least 3Lts of water on daily basis. Drink water with empty stomach once you wake up in the morning.
Physical Exercise:- As we know exercise is very useful to body. Do some exercise to keep your body fit, Like walking , Jumping etc
Sleep:- Proper rest is very Essential to our body. Best timing of 09 pm to 5Am.
Diet :- Maintain diet , Avoid junk foods. Prefer More juices then oil foods.
